Where many telecom companies like Reliance, Airtel advertise that international calling rates are slashed and cheaper than before, yet they cannot compete with a voip compny/sip provider which offers  various features like callback, transfer of calls,free messaging, free roaming  along with their voip plans at comparatively lower rates.
